Novaris was first established in 1993 in Kingston, Tasmania. The company’s products instantly filled a demand by providing high quality surge protection products designed to withstand some of the highest lightning environments. This ideology continues to be the core of our design philosophy today.

In 2003 Novaris Technologies, Malaysia was established to expand manufacturing capability as product sales grew globally. As part of this expansion it was essential to globally establish ISO9001 compliance for all Novaris research and production sites. CEIA – RF Equipment Protection up to 50kW

Novaris high power surge protectors suit applications including MF, HF and VHF transmitters to 50kW.

The spark gap arrester has an optical arc sensor which may be used to momentarily interrupt the transmitter.

Cx-3 – RF Equipment Protection up to 3GHz

Novaris RF Equipment Protection gas discharge surge protectors are capable of passing RF signals to 3GHz (limited by connector type). N-type female / female protectors are suitable for bulkhead mounting.

RJ45 – Cat6 and PoE Surge Protection

Novaris network protection products are specifically designed for the protection of twisted pair Ethernet systems with a combination of rugged and fine grain protection elements.

The RJ45-CAT6 and RJ45-PoE protection products employ a 10kA Gas Discharge Tube per signal pair to dissipate the energy associated with large common mode surges.The silicon based secondary protection element used on each signal pair provides exceptional protection for your equipment whilst allowing network speeds up to Gigabit/1000BaseT.

Novaris SFM surge filters provide excellent and effective MSB and DB protection for critical equipment from 40A to 125A per phase.

The SFM series utilize a 3 stage protection approach with 1st and 3rd stage MOV protection and a 2nd stage low pass LC filter.
